Connie's Angels - Our Story
Friday 27th Mar
Connie was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 1996 and given 5 years by her doctors. Through pure will, courage and determination, Connie was able to surpass the doctor's prognosis and went on to live for another 17 years. She was able to be apart of our lives throughout our entire childhood and into adulthood. We are so proud to call her our Mom and she always will be our hero. Share
