Wednesday 9th SepIt’s hard to believe it has been 10 years since my mom passed away. Not a single day goes by where I don’t miss her and think about her - losing her left a space in my life that can never be filled.
We’ve done the Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma Walk in Boston in years past, and while trying to think of the best way to honor her 10-year anniversary, I received an email asking if they could display a photo of her at this year’s event. It felt like a sign - returning to the walk on her 10-year anniversary is absolutely best way to honor her. She was so excited when the very first Boston walk was established back in 2015, and our family was able to volunteer and participate alongside her.
Anyone is welcome to join us on walk day, but if you’re able to donate to help raise funds in her honor, we would be so grateful for your support.
